Clarity Sprint

A clear, build-ready MVP blueprint for one product idea.

The hard part of building isn’t the code — it’s building the wrong things in the wrong order. In one focused sprint, you get a single plan: what ships, what waits, and what each decision affects.

01 / The fit

Right when the product keeps growing sideways.

This is for you if

  • You have a product idea, or a side project that keeps growing.
  • You’ve got notes, chats, and half-made decisions — but no single plan.
  • Every new idea sounds reasonable, and the scope quietly expands.
  • You’re building with AI tools and need to give them real context.

Not the right fit if

  • You need ongoing product management for a team.
  • You want someone to write the code or design the screens.
  • The plan is already clear and you just need hands.

02 / What you get

One document: the Product Blueprint.

It connects the decisions that usually live in five different places — so the whole product makes sense before you build it.

  1. 01

    Target user & problem

Who this is for and the one problem the MVP must solve.

  2. 02

    MVP boundary

What’s in v1, what’s explicitly out, and why.

  3. 03

    Core features

Prioritized, each with the job it does.

  4. 04

    Pages & user flows

The screens that must exist and how a user moves through them.

  5. 05

    Critical dependencies

The decisions that touch everything else — where one change breaks another.

  6. 06

    Build plan

The order to build in, so nothing gets built twice.

03 / How it works

Four steps, five to seven days.

  1. 01

    Intake questionnaire

    ~20 min

You describe the idea, the audience, and the current mess. No call needed to start.

  2. 02

    Kickoff call

    45–60 min

We dig into goals, constraints, and what “done” means for v1.

  3. 03

    Async work

    3–5 days

I structure everything into the blueprint, with questions by email as they come up.

  4. 04

    Delivery call

    45 min

Walkthrough and decisions. One round of revisions is included after the call.

04 / Questions

Before you apply.

Who is this for?

Solo founders and indie builders with a product idea — or a side project that keeps growing — plus a pile of notes and half-made decisions, but no single plan for what to build first and why.

Who is it not for?

Teams looking for ongoing product management, or founders who want someone to write the code or design the screens. The sprint produces the plan, not the implementation.

What exactly do I receive?

One Product Blueprint document connecting the six areas above — a build order you can hand to yourself, a developer, or an AI coding agent, with the decisions already made.

How long does it take?

Five to seven business days from the kickoff call.

What’s not included?

Code, UI design, full technical architecture, ongoing consulting, and pitch decks. The blueprint makes each of those cheaper to buy later, but they are separate work.

What if it’s not a fit?

If after the kickoff call I don’t believe I can add real clarity to your product, I’ll say so and refund you in full.

05 / Apply

Tell me what you’re building.

Two or three sentences is enough to start. I read every application myself and reply personally — the next step is a short intake questionnaire.
