Who you are agreeing with
Hovhannes Hovhannisyan, a sole trader in Yerevan, Armenia. Using this site means accepting what is on this page. If you do not, the remedy is simple: stop using it.
What the writing is
The field notes are opinions formed while building products. They are not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and nothing here is a promise that a method will work for your product. You are the one who knows your situation; decisions about it stay yours.
I try to be accurate and I correct mistakes when they are pointed out, but the site is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it is complete, current, or continuously available.
Clarity Sprint and Product Clarity
The pages describing them are a description of an offering, not an offer that becomes binding when you submit a form. Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. Scope, price, timing, and what each side owes the other are agreed in writing before any paid work begins, and that agreement — not this page — governs the work.
Product Clarity is in development. Nothing on this site promises a release date or a feature.

- Applying is not a booking. Seats are few, and I choose who sits together.
- If you are accepted, your first name is visible to the other guests at that table.
- If you cannot come, say so, so the seat can go to somebody else.
- What is said at the table is said among a handful of people who agreed to be there. Treat it that way.
- I can decline or withdraw an application without giving a reason.
Comments and reviews
What you post stays yours. By posting it here you allow it to be displayed on this site. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or that belongs to someone else. Comments and reviews can be removed without notice, and comments are moderated before they appear.
The newsletter
Occasional, no fixed schedule, and it never becomes a sales sequence. Every message carries a working unsubscribe link.
Who owns what
The writing, the artwork, the design, and the code of this site are mine. Quote a passage and link back — that is welcome and needs no permission. Republishing an article in full, or reusing the artwork, does not.
Anything you send me — a comment, a review, an application, a photograph — remains yours.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from using this site or acting on what it says. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be removed by agreement.
